How Can You Know if You or Someone You Know has a Spiritual Gift or Hidden Talent?

Have you ever received a warning or premonition to “run” and escape the current situation and you refused to listen and immediately act –– due to peer pressure or because you didn’t want to hurt someone’s feelings? Then you found yourself manipulated and forced into participating in activities you would otherwise never do –– which inturn triggered a series of irretrievable events –– all because you didn’t listen to the warning. If you don’t learn how to listen and act when you experience the gift of a premonition, you will continue down a path of failure, misfortune and emotional heartache.

My name is Diana Cristy. I am an empath, intuitive and Certified Rational Emotive Behavioral Technique (REBT) Mind Set coach. ​I train adults and children to use their spiritual gifts, so they are not afraid of them. I have a calling to help others and have been offering spiritual guidance since I was a child. My Grandmother is half Cherokee. She trained me in the old ways of connecting with powers of nature and spirit guides to facilitate healing and transmute energy. Energy is everything and Everything is energy.

An empath is as a person with a heightened ability to sense, understand, and even feel the emotions of others as if they were their own. It goes beyond typical empathy, where one can understand another’s feelings, to a deeper level of actually experiencing those emotions. The term, “empath” is used to describe individuals who are highly attuned to the emotional states of those around them.

Key Characteristics and Traits of Empaths.

Deeply Feeling Others’ Emotions: Empaths often absorb the emotions of people around them, whether positive or negative, sometimes experiencing them as intensely as their own.

High Sensitivity: Empaths can be particularly sensitive to noise, crowds, and chaotic environments, which can be overwhelming due to the influx of different energies and emotions. They may also be sensitive to physical sensations and environmental stimuli.

Strong Intuition: Many empaths have a strong gut feeling or intuition that guides them in understanding people and situations. They might instinctively know if someone is being dishonest or if a situation feels “off.”

Need for Alone Time: Because they absorb so much energy from others, empaths often require significant alone time to recharge and process the emotions they’ve taken on.

Good Listeners: People tend to confide in empaths because they sense their genuine care and understanding. Empaths are often good listeners, offering a non-judgmental space for others to share.

Caring and Compassionate: Empaths often have a strong desire to help others and alleviate their pain. They are typically kind, warm-hearted, and can be very generous.

Difficulty Setting Boundaries: Due to their strong desire to help and their tendency to absorb others’ feelings, empaths can sometimes struggle with setting healthy emotional boundaries.

Connection to Nature: Many empaths find solace and rejuvenation in nature. Spending time outdoors can help them ground themselves and release energies they’ve absorbed.

Sensitivity to Dishonesty: Empaths can often sense when someone is not being truthful. They pick up on subtle cues and inconsistencies.

Overwhelmed by Intimacy: While they desire connection, intense closeness can sometimes feel overwhelming to empaths, who may fear losing their own sense of self in relationships.
